Prior to processing your first withdrawal, geg333 will require you to complete identity verification (KYC). Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification showing your name, date of birth, and photograph. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period will result in withdrawal requests being held pending. geg333 reserves the right to request KYC documents at any time, including before the first withdrawal.
Each individual may register and maintain exactly one Account on the geg333 Platform. Opening multiple Accounts, whether using the same or different personal information, is strictly prohibited. If duplicate Accounts are identified, geg333 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, consolidate or forfeit any associated balances, and permanently ban the individual from the Platform.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your geg333 Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. geg333 strongly recommends enabling one-time password (OTP) verification via your registered mobile number to provide an additional layer of security against unauthorised access.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify geg333 support immediately. geg333 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, temporarily suspend the Account to prevent further unauthorised activity. geg333 cannot be held liable for losses arising from your failure to report suspected unauthorised access promptly.
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting geg333 support. Any remaining verified balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your preferred registered payment method, subject to KYC verification being complete and no outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus funds remaining. geg333 reserves the right to close or suspend any Account at its sole discretion if a breach of these Terms & Conditions is suspected or confirmed.
An Account shall be considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. geg333 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee of ৳100 BDT per calendar month to inactive Account balances following a 30-day written notice period delivered to the registered contact details on file. Players may reactivate their Account at any time by logging in and completing any outstanding verification requirements.
geg333 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 BDT. There is no maximum single deposit limit, however individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.
Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your geg333 Account balance in real time upon successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider. Deposits via Visa and Mastercard may take up to 30 minutes to reflect in your Account balance depending on card issuer processing times. geg333 does not charge a fee for standard deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
All funds deposited into your geg333 Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits using payment methods belonging to third parties are strictly prohibited. Where geg333 identifies a deposit originating from a third-party payment source, the deposit will be reversed, the Account may be suspended, and any associated winnings may be forfeited pending investigation.
geg333 applies fraud screening to all deposit transactions. Deposits flagged as potentially fraudulent will be held for manual review. Where fraud is confirmed, the depositing Account will be suspended and the matter referred appropriately.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted only after KYC verification has been successfully completed. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT. Withdrawal requests submitted for amounts below this threshold will not be processed. There is no maximum single withdrawal amount, however geg333 reserves the right to process large withdrawals in instalments over a reasonable period.
Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad wallets are processed within five minutes for KYC-verified Accounts during standard operating hours. Withdrawals via Rocket and Upay are processed within one hour under normal conditions. Withdrawals via Visa and Mastercard may take 1–5 business days depending on the card-issuing bank's processing schedule. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume or where additional verification is required.
geg333 applies a return-to-source policy for withdrawals. Funds must be returned to the same payment method used to make the original deposit where technically possible. Where the original payment method is unavailable, geg333 may process the withdrawal to an alternative verified payment method registered to the same Account holder, subject to additional identity verification.
Bonus funds and winnings derived from Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Attempting to withdraw funds subject to an active wagering requirement will result in the Bonus and associated winnings being forfeited. Real money deposit funds that have not been wagered remain withdrawable at any time, subject to standard KYC and processing requirements.
geg333 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, IPL, Eid, and other Bangladesh-relevant occasions. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games or markets, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps from Bonus winnings.
All Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier of the Bonus amount (for example, a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 BDT Bonus requires ৳20,000 BDT in qualifying Wagers to be placed before the Bonus becomes withdrawable). Unless otherwise specified, wagering on live casino games, certain table games, and excluded game categories may contribute at a reduced rate or zero rate toward wagering requirements. geg333 reserves the right to modify the terms of any ongoing promotion, or to withdraw a promotion entirely, at any time with reasonable notice. Changes to promotions will not retroactively affect Bonuses already credited and accepted by a Player in good faith, except where abuse is identified.

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software fault during a gaming session, the round in which the error occurred may be voided and any stakes placed during the affected round will be returned to the Player's Account balance. geg333 shall not be liable for any losses or missed winnings arising from technical errors beyond its reasonable control, including third-party game provider system outages.
Individual games on the geg333 Platform have their own minimum and maximum stake limits, as displayed within each game interface. Players must adhere to these limits. Wagers that exceed maximum stake limits may be voided. Stakes are deducted from the Account balance at the time the Wager is placed, and winnings are credited immediately upon confirmation of a winning outcome.
Sports bets placed on geg333 are final once confirmed. Players must review all selections, odds, and stake amounts carefully before confirming a Wager. geg333 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in circumstances where a market is voided under these Rules.
geg333 reserves the right to suspend, withdraw, or amend odds on any sports market at any time prior to bet confirmation. Odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds at which the Wager is accepted. Where odds change between a Player selecting a market and confirming the bet, the Platform will display the updated odds and require re-confirmation before the Wager is placed.
Where a sporting event is postponed and subsequently rescheduled to take place within 48 hours of the original start time, bets will stand. Where an event is postponed for longer than 48 hours or cancelled outright, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to Player Accounts. Special rules may apply to specific tournament formats, including BPL and ICC events, as detailed in the relevant market-specific rules displayed on the Platform.
Live in-play betting markets are available on selected events. In-play bets are accepted subject to the same confirmation and odds-change rules as pre-match bets. geg333 reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time. Any bets placed after the natural conclusion of the event or after the relevant in-play period has ended will be voided, regardless of the displayed outcome.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the geg333 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all Account balances, and referral to appropriate authorities where required:

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include any right to sublicense the Platform or its content to third parties.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, geg333's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform, whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

geg333 does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free availability of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or third-party infrastructure failures may cause temporary unavailability of some or all Platform services. geg333 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where reasonably practicable.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
geg333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, geg333 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice by posting an update notice on the Platform and, where possible, by sending a notification to the registered contact details associated with your Account.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you should cease using the Platform and contact support to request Account closure.
